Data controller

Loc & Capture, S.L.. AV Poeta Carmelo Calvo 14, 5º D, 03004 Alicante, España. Contact: hola@locncapture.com.

What data we process and why

We process the data you provide through our contact form (name, email, company and message) for one purpose only: to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Data required to contact us

Providing your name, work email and message is not a statutory obligation. It is necessary if you want us to respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide those data, we will not be able to handle the request.

Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by law.

Processors and recipients

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by service providers acting as processors under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, security, Pages Functions and Turnstile), Amazon Web Services SES (email delivery, configured in an EU region where available) and our email inbox provider. If a message starts a business relationship, data may also be shared with professional advisers when legally required.

International transfers

Some processors, including Cloudflare and Vimeo for external media, are based in or may provide support from the United States. Where this involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not create profiles from contact form data.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing hola@locncapture.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
